Carson is really into trains lately. Especially ones like Thomas the Train. We went to McCormick Railroad Park last night and waited in line for 1hr. and 15 min. in the cold to ride thekiddie train. But it was so much fun and wasn't bad since we weren't the ones waiting in the long line. We got the fun job of taking Carson around looking at all the sights while Danny and Lachelle did the standing.
It cost $2.00 per person to ride and they pack them in about 100 people per train. Notice the one box car is called "Carson" and Colorado. The train goes around the park and they have alot of Christmas scenes all lit up. The ride takes about 5 min. from start to finish.
They also have toy trains that go around a track indoors with landscape scenery and little buildings.
Lots of animated characters walking around to keep the kids happy.
Carson was in Train Heaven.
